Reasons to visit Elta Group’s Agricultural Market place at The British Pig & Poultry Fair

The British Pig and Poultry Fair takes place on 10-11 May 2022 at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire. With the industry facing many challenges this year, there’s plenty of reasons to attend and connect with peers. In particular, farmers will be able to engage with Elta Group’s team on issues such as hygiene, health, feeding, drinking and ventilation systems.

What’s new for Elta Group this year?

For the first time ever, Elta Group will be bringing together its five leading agriculture brands to offer farmers convenience, expert knowledge and a combined 155 years of experience all under one roof. Brands include All Agri, Animal Aids, Bowden & Knights, FarmTech Services and Hydor. Put simply, Elta Group’s Agriculture Division promises to be a leading ‘agricultural marketplace’.

Introducing All Agri

The event marks the first appearance for All Agri at the show. Launched in 2020, All Agri’s vision is to provide stress free farming, providing a destination for farmers to shop for all their consumables online through its dedicated eCommerce platform. Part of All Agri’s vision is its commitment to improving farmers’ mental health, and its goal is to “help give farmers a break from the stress of staying on top of farming supplies.”

What products will be on show?

Farmers will be able to see the latest farming consumables and mechanical solutions that are designed to boost the health, welfare and productivity of livestock. These include specialist products and solutions from the leading suppliers of farming equipment such as Biolink, Virkon, Kilco, Lodi and Vilofloss, as well Hydor’s own-manufactured ventilation systems.

Consumables distributed by All Agri, Bowden & Knights, Animal Aids and Farmtech will include detergents, disinfectants, water treatment and other biosecurity supplies. The brands cater for a wide range of animals, including cattle, horses, pigs, poultry and sheep.

Alongside consumables, Elta Group’s technical specialists will be demonstrating specialist farm ventilation equipment such as the Hydor’s Agri-Max, HV Belt Driven Fan and bespoke control panel capabilities.

Where will Elta Group be located?

The agricultural marketplace will be based at stand 312-314.

Andrew Mann, General Manager of Elta Group’s Agricultural brands says:

“We are very much looking forward to seeing farmers back at The British Pig & Poultry Fair. This is our first opportunity to demonstrate how our combined brands mean we can provide a solution to suit the ever-expanding needs and requirements of the modern farmer.

“Over a combined 155 years, our staff across our five businesses have supported British farming, offering local knowledge on a wide range of products along with national delivery. We are now bringing these trusted brands together, meaning British farmers can benefit not just from the very best consumable and mechanical products, but also from all this knowledge and support.

“Our nation is more dependent than ever on the success of British farming, and we are supporting farmers through this period of change. We’re excited to let farmers know about our new structure, and by pooling our brands together, farmers can get everything they need so farming is as stress free as possible, while expecting the same top-quality service that our businesses are renowned for.”
