We are delighted to announce that Elta Group has increased its global portfolio of acoustic products and solutions, after it acquired the entire share capital of leading New Zealand-based, noise control specialist, NCS Acoustics Ltd.
As New Zealand’s largest designer and manufacturer of specialist noise control systems to the industrial and commercial markets, this acquisition will see us build upon NCS Acoustics’ market leading reputation, and extend our acoustics offering across our group.
Integral to the acquisition is the aim of extending the NCS Acoustics brand further across the group. The acoustics supplier offers a complete solution for our customers, whilst enhancing our own brand portfolio and providing the opportunity to nurture opportunities in new markets.
